An earlier works by Biblia Koshodou no Jiken Techou’s author, Mikami En, this story starts with the younger of the Kishimoto siblings, Mizuho, getting a phone call from a man claiming to be a policeman, informing her of the siblings’ father’s hospitalization due to an accident. However, the man, whos injury was not life-threatening, suddenly began muttering—

“Red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye, red eye…”

Spilling out few more words, the man started coughing intensely, and suddenly dropped dead.
