Miss Charlotte’s Case Journal

It was an ordinary day, just like any other.

Well—except for the slightly terrible luck that day.

Charlotte, a forensic examiner, finds herself facing the corpse of a man brought into the autopsy facility—

And standing beside it, the man’s wife—who also happens to be her friend.

With her friend as the prime suspect, Charlotte heads to the police department, determined to clear her name.

That’s where she meets Henry, the detective in charge.

And then…

“Superintendent, I have something important to tell you.”

“Go ahead, Miss Ceylon.”

“…My name is Charlotte.”

“Oh, I see. My apologies, Miss Serine.”

…What the hell is wrong with this guy?

“Just hold on a little longer. I’ll go get someone right away.”

“…Don’t go.”
