Asahi Hikaru is a beautiful and popular girl known for her bright personality, intelligence, and charm. She’s a top student at school, famous for her radiant personality, and is also a promising young tennis player and a model, seemingly blessed with every talent imaginable.
On the other hand, her classmate Kageyama Reiya is ordinary in academics and below average in sports. At school, he’s the kind of dark, introverted otaku who loves video games and is unnoticed by everyone.
Light and shadow, or rather, light and darkness.
The two should have been complete opposites, destined never to cross paths.
However, in the spring of their second year of high school, Reiya accidentally discovers that Hikaru is also a gamer when they end up on the same bus.
This chance encounter leads Hikaru to start spending her weekends in Reiya’s room.
Without worrying about anything else, they spend unhealthy and unwholesome, yet incredibly fun, hours just playing games together. As they continue to spend time this way, the distance between their hearts begins to close.
“If you ever feel like skipping out, you’re always welcome to come over.”
“Well then, maybe next time I’ll check out the comfort of your gaming cushion.”
This is the story of a bright girl with hidden scars, who finds healing through a dark boy’s “curse” and experiences her first love, shining in rainbow colors.
