As the cult ‘Salli,’ which worships red eyes, transforms into a terrorist group, the world descends into chaos. To chase down Salli, the special task force Scarlet Break Unit is formed. Major Shin Hae-Gon successfully captures Wina, the central figure of Salli and the one with the revered red eyes.
