Combat Prediction – Chance of Death: 5%

My late father told me this story:

In the year 2160, without any warning, the surface of the moon collapsed. Earth was struck by cataclysmic events. Mountains were blown away, leaving endless wastelands. Storms raged uncontrollably. Parts of the Earth’s crust peeled away, exposing the mantle, and all of Earth’s volcanoes erupted at once. Only a small number of humans survived by escaping to underground cities, and all life on the surface was wiped out.

Then, with the debris from the moon, aliens called Lunarians (moon people) attacked humanity. That’s what they say happened about 40 years ago. I wasn’t born then, so I don’t really care. No one knows what the world is like now.

I joined the military to indulge in my hobbies and fight the Lunarians. Because they have no human rights. They are my playthings. I will enjoy myself with them.

Oh, it seems like someone is coming. I need to put away this smirk and pretend to be a respectable young man. Heh heh heh, just thinking about the Lunarians gets me excited. Hmm? Human victory? I couldn’t care less. I just want to live a fun and entertaining life.
